The Instagram widget can sometimes remain, particularly when the plugin Instagram Feed (https://wordpress.org/plugins/instagram-feed/) is used. What we usually recommend is removal until scores are green, then testing the re-addition if desired. Note, with the new Google PageSpeed Insights, we may see warnings in additional sections.
