Addendum to Terms & Conditions
Project Scope
Custom themes are based on provided mockups. The goal is to create a pixel-perfect, working replica. Any design or functionality not clearly represented within said mockup will not be covered by this agreement. Changes to scope must be agreed upon via written consent.
Payment Schedule
Upfront payment of 50% is due prior to project commencement. Any remaining fees are due prior to scheduling a go-live date.
Licensing
Once Coupled owns the licenses to software used for Client development. Once Coupled is legally allowed to share the software with the Client. Once Coupled reserves the right to cancel its licenses at any time. Should the Client need updates or support beyond our provisions, the Client will need to purchase a personal license.
Category Structure
If using FacetWP, note that in order to set up automatic detection of categories, categories need to be structured with a parent-child relationship. For example:
- Parent 1
- Child 1
- Child 2
- Parent 2
- Child 1
- etc.
