Addendum to Terms & Conditions

Project Scope

Tasks here are based on the limited edition theme purchased by client.

• Use of staging site to demo customized theme

• Modification of fonts, colors, & categories
• Install & launch theme on live site

Not included: logo design, category restructuring

Payment Schedule

Payment is made in two installments: the first is due prior to project commencement. The second invoice is due prior to scheduling a go-live date.

Licensing

Once Coupled owns the licenses to software used for Client development. Once Coupled is legally allowed to share the software with the Client. Once Coupled reserves the right to cancel its licenses at any time. Should the Client need updates or support beyond our provisions, the Client will need to purchase a personal license.

Category Structure

Note that in order to set up FacetWP to automatically detect categories, categories need to be structured with a parent-child relationship. For example:

• Parent 1
  • Child 1
  • Child 2
• Parent 2
  • Child 1
• etc.
